Good questions
Everything you'd ask a pharmacist
How does the subscription work?
Choose your products and delivery frequency, and we'll compound and ship a fresh batch on schedule at 20% off. You can pause, skip a delivery, swap strengths or cancel anytime from your account — no phone calls, no lock-in.
Why glycinate and picolinate instead of cheaper forms?
Minerals bound to amino acids (chelates) are absorbed more completely and sit gentler in the gut than oxide or sulfate forms. It costs more to compound and it's the whole reason Nesium exists.
When should I take each product?
A simple rhythm works for most people: vitamin C and zinc in the morning with food, magnesium glycinate in the evening as part of your wind-down. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
Which strength should I choose?
Our 500mg magnesium and 15mg zinc suit most daily routines; the 1000mg and 30mg options suit heavier training loads or when a practitioner has recommended a higher intake. If you're unsure, or you're pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, speak with your health professional.
Where are Nesium products made?
Every batch is compounded in Australia by a qualified pharmacist using the highest quality ingredients we can source — with no fillers or flow agents.
What's your shipping and returns policy?
Every order ships free Australia-wide, and subscriptions always ship on your schedule. If your first order isn't right for you within 60 days, we'll refund it.
